Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for quality control and assembly before your order ships.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level.
Tracking: All orders include tracking details so you can follow your hat’s journey.
International Shipping: Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country; these are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: We recommend insured and trackable shipping for orders over $75. While we take every precaution, Smith & Pedersen Millinery is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once they have left our studio.
